Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We take every possible measure to ensure that products ordered through our website are delivered within ten (10) working days from the date of order placement, subject to successful payment confirmation and product availability. While we aim to adhere to this timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control like Monsoons & Festival rush. In such cases, we assure you that all necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the delivery within the stated time frame. Please note that in case of Limited Stock, Prepaid orders will be prioritized over Cash on Delivery orders.

For orders comprising multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. All products purchased in a single transaction will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the user. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination. In cases where a partial payment has been made but the order is not accepted upon delivery, the partial payment will be applied towards the courier charges

How will the delivery be carried out?
Deliveries will be handled by reputable courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart, Aramex, FedEx, Tirupati, Trackon, DTDC, Xpressbees and Delhivery depending on their serviceability. 

For International Orders:
Customs duties and taxes will apply in accordance with the regulations of the recipient's country.
