Return Policy

 

  1. Return Request:
    • We accept returns or exchange only in the case of incorrect product delivery or damaged items.
    • If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please notify us via email (aenakstudios@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery. Include a brief explanation of the issue along with relevant images & video. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
    • Any complaints reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
    • Please ensure that any returned product is unused and has its original tags intact. If the product is found in used state, the refund will not be applicable. 
    • Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
    • Customized products are not eligible for return / replacement / refund.
    • Return/exchange requests are accepted once per order. 
    • All returns & refunds are subject to the discretion of Aenak.

    2. Refunds:
     
    • Refunds are only issued for fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped / missing or damaged items. 
    • Once your return has been authorized, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount in your UPI / Bank account deducting the shipping charges against the purchase. 
    • We do not give Cash refunds.
