We take every possible measure to ensure that products ordered through our website are delivered within ten (10) working days from the date of order placement, subject to successful payment confirmation and product availability. While we aim to adhere to this timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we assure you that all necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the delivery within the stated time frame.
For orders comprising multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. All products purchased in a single transaction will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the user. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
How can I confirm if my shipping address is serviceable?
The serviceability of your pin code can be checked after adding the product to your cart. Prior to payment, the pin code associated with your shipping address will be verified against our database. Should the pin code be outside our serviceable area, we will request an alternate address that falls within the delivery zones covered by our partners.
How will the delivery be carried out?
Deliveries will be handled by reputable courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart, Aramex, FedEx, and Delhivery.
For International Orders:
Customs duties and taxes will apply in accordance with the regulations of the recipient's country.
